Approach Truth

 We are all selectively blind and deaf. Sure that what we know is the total TRUTH.

If I am the smartest person in the room, then I'm the only one in the room.

In my mind God, The Great Creator, the conscious Universe, ... encourages us to

evolve Shintoism, Islam, Christianity, any of the belief systems of indigenous Americans;

each having different perspectives or viewpoints. Sharing, listening, and seeing what

others have gleaned is required to move toward TRUTH.

Treat others as you would have them treat you. Listen!

Seeking Chaos

 Our minds churn

wanting peace, but finding threats

wanting freedom, but locking cages

wanting safety, but breaking cages

wanting comfort, but basking in avarice

wanting sleep, but avoiding quiet

wanting order, but seeking chaos

We think we want a "normal" life meeting all our wants

We chafe at (I'm bored!) the humdrum

Life !!

Discomfort

 What you just revealed about yourself makes me uncomfortable!

(Let's use gay as an example.)

There are several actions that I can take.

I can use this as an opportunity to grow, not judging you.

After all, I go to the gym 

  knowing that I will be physically uncomfortable for days

  but stronger and healthier

The discomfort of loosing you will be greater.

So I can examine, ask questions, and try to understand

  seeing you as an equal, suspending judgment.

  Some discomfort may always remain

    but I grow

Or, I can punish you for causing me discomfort.

  There in, lies the sin!
